Terms & Conditions

Website use and the contractual framework for Koddox AI, software and automation services.

Effective date: 28 September 2026

Scope and project agreements

These terms cover use of koddox.com and the framework for engaging Koddox Technologies, 9 Star Arcade, Opposite DHA Bosan Road Gate, Multan, Pakistan. Contact support@koddox.com. Enquiries and website descriptions do not create a paid engagement or binding quotation.

A written agreement accepted by authorized representatives defines deliverables, fees, responsibilities, milestones and acceptance. Its agreed order of precedence resolves conflicts. Changes to website terms do not retrospectively amend a signed agreement.

Scope, changes and client responsibilities

Document and approve new requirements, integrations and significant revisions before implementing them. Changes may affect price and delivery. Clients must provide accurate requirements, authorized access, legally usable materials and timely approvals. Explain schedule dependencies and agree resulting adjustments.

Fees, acceptance and cancellation

Specify currency, tax treatment, deposits, payment dates, review periods and objective acceptance criteria in the contract. Hosting, licenses, AI usage and other supplier charges are included only when stated. Distinguish corrections against agreed requirements from new features.

Silence is not automatic acceptance unless a valid agreement establishes that process. Refunds, cancellation charges, suspension and payment for completed work follow the agreement and applicable law; there is no blanket non-refundable rule here.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Define ownership and licensing of source code, designs and documentation, including payment conditions for transfer. Pre-existing components and third-party software retain their applicable licenses. Website material may not be commercially reproduced without permission except as law permits.

Use confidential information only for authorized engagement purposes. Agree secure access, permitted disclosures and return or deletion. Personal information is addressed by the Privacy Policy and any required processing agreement. Do not submit credentials or sensitive production data through general enquiry forms.

AI, dependencies and support

AI outputs may be inaccurate and require evaluation and human review appropriate to the decision. Provider changes, outages and usage limits can affect solutions. No revenue, search-ranking, uninterrupted-operation or regulatory-approval guarantee is made by website descriptions.

Maintenance, monitoring, backups, emergency coverage and response targets exist only where agreed in writing. The Maintenance & Support Policy does not independently create an SLA.

Acceptable use and portfolio

Do not introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, disrupt service or access data without authorization. Intrusive security testing needs written permission. Report concerns to support@koddox.com.

Concept projects illustrate proposed designs and are not completed client engagements or measured results. Marketing use of a client name, logo or confidential project requires applicable permission.

Liability and non-excludable rights

Project warranties, remedies and liability limits must be agreed in the contract and reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No universal liability cap or indemnity is imposed by these terms.

USA, UK, EEA and Canadian engagements

These are primarily business-service terms. US federal and relevant state requirements, UK rules, applicable EEA and national rules, and Canadian federal and provincial requirements must be assessed for the actual transaction. Europe is not one jurisdiction.

If a transaction is with a consumer, mandatory information, cancellation, warranty and unfair-term protections may apply despite a business-oriented contract. Before accepting consumer orders, prepare jurisdiction-appropriate terms and the necessary consent and cancellation workflow. A foreign governing-law clause must not remove mandatory protections.

Termination and disputes

Specify termination rights, notice, remedy periods, handover, open issues, access removal, data treatment and transition fees in the agreement. Raise disputes first with designated contacts where appropriate.

Choose governing law, courts and any dispute-resolution procedure in the signed agreement after jurisdiction-specific review. These terms does not impose exclusive Pakistan courts, arbitration or a class-action waiver on all clients. Contact support@koddox.com with questions.
